SALT:  HOW TO KILL A NATION  by J.E. Ante

 In ancient times salt was used when a nation conquered another and they did not want to refight the war in the future when the conquered nation recovered.  So they salted their farmlands so that little or no food could be grown and the nation did not recover from their conquest.  Today this same technique is being used to kill America with salted sodium-filled french fries, potato chips, nacho chips, soft drinks, bacon, salted nuts, lunch meats, cakes, candies, canned goods, pickles, and a thousand other salted grocery store food products.

    Humans have two stomachs in effect.  The first regular stomach absorbs foods directly and then the second stomach or intestinal tracts absorb mostly foods that are processed by the beneficial intestinal bacterias. By salting foods the same roots of a nation are poisoned and humans become ill and sickly. With the continual disruption of beneficial intestinal bacteria humans stress or b-vitamin deficiency develops within days.  This national epidemic of stress and illness is caused by simple salt poisoning of our intestinal bacteria and the loss of the major source of b-vitamins in the human diet. 

    Food processors know that salt poisons the intestinal bacteria and this causes humans to consume two to four times the amount of food and calories required to satisfy hunger.  Most of this salted food eaten is wasted and goes undigested by our intestinal bacteria.  Cities must build four times the capacity of sewage treatment plants to deal with all of this extra unused and undigested food that is eaten by humans.  Food processors sell four times the amount of food to their customers and they make four times the profits by simply adding a little added salt to their products.

  Probiotics have become big business in many foods and in the vitamin trade.  The food processors poison the food with salt and many other food preservatives and then sell the probiotics in foods to counteract the effects of their poisoned foods.  And so they make even more money from an unknowing public.

   Inner city school children are the biggest consumers of salted chips, french fries, and salt filled canned sodas, candies, etc. and they have very high stress levels which prevent any deep school learning because of this.  Behavior problems are highest is inner city schools and dropout rates are much higher than elsewhere all because food processors sell salt poisoned foods to children and their parents are clueless.  Their intestinal bacteria is being poisoned continually and so little or no b-vitamins are being absorbed by these inner city children. 

   Salt kills slowly and painfully with stress and a wasted life.  And the only thing silent about salt is this little know aspect of this silent killer. Salt kills trillions of beneficial intestinal bacteria which live in the intestines and nourish human life.  Without this bacteria we die early deaths from hundreds of human caused illnesses from these multiple b-vitamin deficiencies. 

   We pay billions of dollars for schools where children do not learn but are rather housed and babysat until too old to attend.  We overbuild massive sewage treatment plants.  We buy and consume four times the amount of foods we need to remain healthy and die early deaths from overeating, high stress levels and multiple b-vitamin deficiencies throughout our much shortened life.  Most people live their years in a fog of depression, low energy, low mental ability, and general ill health from this slow lifelong salt food poisoning.

   Drug companies are happy selling hundreds of billions of dollars of products and drugs to the constipated public to heal the many illnesses of salt poisoning which causes depression, low energy, constipation, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, grey hair, hyperactive children, and dozens of other minor diseases. 

   Governments are benefited in a round about way by the early deaths of the poor and sickly citizens who can not afford organic foods and vitamins to counteract this salt food poisoning.  These poorer people die early and so less is paid out in social security and health benefits to them.  Many never make it to retirement age at all. 

   So to kill a nation and dumb it down you must control the food supply and media and sell your salted foods to a clueless public.  Make tons of money doing this and buy expensive organic foods to avoid ever eating the salted poisoned foods of the masses.

Himalayan salt is all the salt I use to gargle and occassionally season foods.  Unprocessed natural sea salts have over 80 micronutrients which are essential to health but these same nutrients can be gotten from kelp supplements.  Salting foods even with natural sea salts kills and inhibits the intestinal bacterias.  But in the case of natural sea salts in moderation the benefits far outweigh the harm done.

  Your article on radiations was very good.  Years ago iodine food binders were removed from breads and substituted with bromides.  This was a big mistake as the iodines are needed to prevent gouters in much of the USA.  The iodines if added back today would also help block radioactive iodines from these nuclear accidents.

   Most of the thyroid radiation damage is caused by poor medicinal practices.  For example when a person has their thyroid removed due to cancer they are given a large dose of radioactive iodine to drink to kill any additional cancerous cells that are missed.  This radioactive iodine is breathed out and contaminates the walls of homes for about a week and the radioactive urine is flushed down the toilets and later contaminates drinking water and ground water.  It is these types of harmful medical practices that produce a new crop of thyroid cancer victims every year.  The care givers of the thyroid cancer patients are at high risk of getting the same illness.  (Hospitals do not allow thyroid cancer patients to stay at the hospital until the radiation drink has past) .  Which is an indication that they do not want their staff to catch the radiation exposure-- better to let the patient's families get the exposure. -- J.E. Interesting article...I don have a question about necessary salt consumption. Are you saying that no salt is needed by the human body at all or is it just that the overuse of it that is the issue? What about using natural unprocessed salts such as Himalayan salt?
