Dear Journey Friends:

We all our living during one of the most magnificent times on Earth. Our transformation as well as Mother Earth's
is something we have all been waiting for a very long time not to mention many lifetimes. Although there is much
excitement for what is being created, there are some transitions that many of us have been feeling. We have been
experiencing some very intense energies the last few months and Tristan says that the energies will continue to
intensify as we go through this evolutionary process. As all the new energies come in and all of our “old” energies
that are not serving our highest good are being released, we may feel a tremendous amount of pressure in our bodies.
This is affecting many of us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Mother Earth is also going through this
transformation as well as we are seeing in many environmental changes.

During our conversation, we decided it would be a nice to send you few techniques that we practice on a daily
basis that assist us in keeping the peace within ourselves which obviously assists in expressing it outwardly.

Breathing:

This is a practice that is so automatic yet do we consciously engage in this process. It is important to make sure
we breath into our diaphragm (meaning breathing that involves the expansion and contraction of both the abdomen
and the lower side ribs) and not the shallow breath that sometimes occurs when we find ourselves in a busy state.
We have read that it is healthier to take longer as we exhale than to inhale and to slow down and reduce our breaths
per minute.

Dr. Andrew Weil teaches a technique of breathing that helps in relaxing our nervous systems that we find very beneficial
to our sense of well being. We breath in through our nose while counting to 4, hold for 7 counts and then exhale through
our mouth for 8 counts. Do this four times in a row twice a day.

Intentions and Alignments:

In the mornings, we welcome in the day, state our intentions and then ask that our energies be in alignment with those of
the Earth and everything in the Universe. This can also be done during meditation and any time during your day.

Allowing our Feelings:

When various feelings come up for us that perhaps are not the most pleasant, our bodies can naturally assist in our healing.
Without allowing our minds to create a more interesting story about the situation or analyzing it “ad naseum” we can just
sit calmly and allow these uncomfortable feelings to work their way through our bodies. Actually, it is our chakra system
that is doing all the work. If we are quiet enough we will feel the emotion actually travel through each of our chakras until
it is is completely released through our crown chakra. We really like this one and work with Tristan quite a bit with it.

Forgiveness Meditation:

We had the pleasure of meeting Khen Rinpoche who is the Abbot of Tashi Lhunpo Monastery in India. He taught everyone a
beautiful meditation that all of the Monks practice everyday. This is how it works:

1. Sit quietly and visualize a person (pet or experience) who fills your heart with love. Feel all of the loving emotions that
this memory brings forth.

2. As you are feeling this love, visualize a person that perhaps you may find challenging. See this person facing you.

3. Hold one finger over one nostril and breath in the “darkness” (or however you visualize this challenge) from the opposite
nostril of the other person. See that energy go into your heart, that is full of love, transforming all of the “darkness” into more
loving energy.

4. Now hold the other nostril and exhale this beautiful loving energy back into the opposite nostril of the person who you are
visualizing in front of you. Continuing in this meditation until you feel the loving light within both you.

This is an amazing meditation to do and is truly transforming. Khen Rinpoche shared that many Monks he knows who have
been imprisoned engaged in this meditation daily visualizing their captures. Upon return to the Monastery after their release,
the Monks stated that this meditation was instrumental in their survival.

It was a beautiful experience to meet Khen Rinpoche and to feel his unconditional love which he shares with everyone. You
can feel his loving heart that he expresses in his beautiful eyes and smile in the picture we took with him at the following link:

One of Tristan’s favorites:

This technique is one of Tristan’s favorites and ours too! This is extremely relaxing. We use his rose quartz crystal and one
of his tuning forks. So yes, this does require a tuning fork. If you do not have any tuning forks and are looking to purchase
just one, we highly recommend the OM tuning fork. This tuning fork resonates with the Cosmic OM and with the color
blue/green and the heart chakra.

We have Tristan lie face down on his bed or massage table. Starting with his feet, one at a time of course, we place the rose
quartz crystal on the instep of his foot and then vibrate the tuning fork and place the stem on the crystal. We do this all the
way up his legs, back and neck. We finish with a gentle massage on his head. We have also recommended this to other parents
to use with their children and they all absolutely love the results. It’s great for everyone.

We are having a 2 for 1 healing session special for the Holidays. This includes all of our services; individual, family and pet.
The sessions may be given as gifts or shared with others. If shared with others, you will receive a one hour session along with
a 30 minute follow up telephone call and your friend or family member will also receive a one hour session and a 30 minute

We would also like to let you know that once a month we provide a group healing for all of our previous clients who have
experienced a session with us. These once a month group healing sessions are free of charge. During our long distance
evening group sessions, we incorporate many methods of healing with our Shaman work.
