Have anyone been experiencing similar unexplained experiences lately?
Lately I have been experiencing more activity than usual. I have been feeling pain in the arches of my feet, Back and shoulders every morning when I wake up (I haven't injured them), and as the day progress the pain will subside. I will have headaches in the Third eye chakra area as well as my temples and I pretty much have to allow for it all to run its course.
I have always had problems sleeping since I was a little girl because of the sort of dreams that I would have. But in between the beginning and middle of last year I have noticed that I would only be able to sleep every 1-3 hours before waking up and going back to sleep. Sometimes this is beneficial because I am able to record which ever dream that I have just had, but the down fall with this is that I never feel fully rested. . I would also wake up at the times of 2:22am, 4:44am and 5:55am.
I have also been seeing the numers 111, 811, 911, 11:11 (I would tend to see this number the most) 222 and 333.
Just before going to sleep and sometimes even when I'm awake I will hear a voice calling my name or I will hear ringing or a vibrating sound and sometimes things seem very loud to me even if they are not. Sometimes I will see things as well, from small animals ( like cats, dogs, rabbits) to what seems to be someone standing in my peripheral vision. I have seen such things ever since I was young so it doesn't frighten me as much but I tend to see them more so now than ever.
My empathy has heightened to the point that sometimes I have to avoid being in places where there is a lot people around and if I do have to go out, I definitely need time alone to recharge. Even if I have shielded and grounded myself.
My diet has changed a bit as well, I can not eat red meat anymore without experiencing some sort of stomach upset.
For about a week now my door would creak slightly open until yesterday when it flew partially open and I could feel the energy of some being standing there watching me. It was the same energy I felt that night that this began. It didn't feel positive or negative, it just felt like it was just there observing.
I know that this seem a bit all over the place but this is just a small list of what I have been experiencing. I am wondering if there is anyone one here that is experiencing similar happenings. What do you think? What have you experienced?

@Christine Thank you for sharing your story! You're wisdom and knowing is very inspirational. You sharing your story and thoughts gives me confirmation that I should just experience and know. My mother was also diagnosed with arthritis as well as other cases if dis-ease. I don't believe that th symptoms are truly medically related being as though she was of good health and they seemed to had appeared overnight almost. I still see the number patterns and get the aches and pains I have begun to see more beings now and there is a man that appears continuously in my dreams. I ask who he is and why I am experiencing what I am experiencing and just sit with it knowing that the answers will come within divine timing.

They are angelic beings.They have been with me for a long time.I don't have any connection to any religious belief systems.I always felt there was something that wasn't quite right with any religions in general and it turns out that my thoughts on it were true.Religion was just a tool to control the masses for many years.These beings are of a very high vibration;they are of the light.I don't need a belief system based on religion to believe in and know my Creator.

To my experience when in contact with paranormal beings there can be no grey areas in your personal convictions of what is right and wrong, and religion makes us especially vulnerable. Anyway take it for what its worth, we aren't the only race capable of deceit !

Do u think they could be from another planet? If they mean to hurt u they probably already would have, but I think we should not just take there word as absolute, u are at a disadvantage and should always remember that, if u believe everything your told u can easily be manipulated to do things u ordinarily never would! Not trying to be mr know it all, just speaking from concern.

They don't speak to me.I asked them one night why they are here and when I woke up the next morning, a thought came up that we are here to watch over you and observe.We are from the spiritual hierarchy (angels.)I am a bit psychic, actually this is getting stronger.We all have this ability and we will all get our abilities back.At this time, we are all being observed by other beings,even ones we can't see yet.It is an interesting subject.

Luckily I haven't saw them, u say u think there agenda is only to watch ? ,there must be something about your ancestral line that interest them, do u consider yourself as physichic? Have they ever spoken to u when your awake ? This is all very interesting.!

It's translucent and white with shimmery,silver wavy edges and it moves,like floating.It can also have the appearance of white mist.It's not a shadow.It's hard to describe it.

I have a headache right now,in the same area of my forehead,about 3rd eye area.I didn't consider this until I read your post.I thought it was just a headache.I have also had the beings watching me; I can see their energy.There is one that stands by my front door inside the house.There are beings that are around me while I sleep.I can see their energy and I think they are angels that are protecting me.We are being observed for sure.I used to see the same energy when I was very young.They are neutral; they are not there to cause me harm.I sense this.The veil between the dimensions is very thin,so I think is why we are noticing these beings now.Terri, I noticed your comment about full body muscle contractions.In 2010,in the spring, my husband started getting very tired,had pain in all of his joints and one night,he started having these whole body muscle contractions.It was so bad,I called the ambulance and they took him to the emergency.About a month later, they said he had rheumatoid arthritis and he still has it,very painful at times.They are still trying different medications to find one that works.That one night was the only time he had those muscle contractions.It was scary;I had not seen anything like that in my life.It makes me wonder if his arthritis is something to do with ascension symptoms, but the medical profession would never consider that of course.I've had problems sleeping for years and I sleep 2-3 hours, wake up and go back to sleep.I often hear a male voice calling my name and it wakes me up.I get like a rushing noise in my right ear,but it goes away as fast as it came.
