Lucid Waking
My whole life has been a purpose of expression. Life's eternal expression. I went through the layers of stories that had me believing I was this or that. Sure, did, and I loved every single one of them.
"I am a star seed', " i am a wanderer", " i am everything and nothing". They all taught me so much. Mostly that these stories we have created showed us our infinite being. I love each moment of the expression. And now, leaving the stories behind, which was at first a bit painful, is becoming a free-ing thing.
I belong to various groups. So many people connecting on every layer of being imaginable! It is a beautiful kaleidoscope of pure infinite presence of being.
Now, I work, sort of < giggles > I work at helping others realize the awakening point that is with them.
I host an online radio program called Lucid Waking at spiritquestradio.com The focus of the program is releasing the old paradigm of beliefs moving into the knowing of being. We go through many layers of thoughts. We welcome all processes and beliefs knowing that truth is vibrant in all that is. If your interested we are on Sunday evenings at 5pm pst, 7pm cst, 8pm est.
I am 'here now' because I created the space within to receive those who would resonate with the vibration I am expressing and experimenting with.

30 day Mental Detox
I began a challenge a week and half ago. It is a mental detox.
there are ten parts to the challenge.
This challenge is about being in control of the external and internal
mental saturation of stimuli you receive on a daily basis. 'They' say
it takes 30 days to break a habit or make one. So we take thirty days
to detox our mind's and create a new 'space' for clear thinking.

Contemplation on Love
to fall in love is fear based. to rise to love is faith based.
Falling in Love is what we do when we are looking for someone 'out
there' to help us feel complete. To fulfill our inner desire of
compassion and validity and connection to life. Relationship is just
what the word sounds like. A way of seeing our relation to life and to
our self and source. Most of our partnerships are based on the mirror
effect and not the Love of the divine masculine and feminine within us.
