Raw soups, salads, wraps with veggies, stuffed mushrooms or avacados, guacomole, fruit salads, smoothies. spreads, veggies and dips. I am learning this stuff myself. Get some raw cookbooks and get inspired.

I am having trouble with finding raw dinner recipes. Anyone out there have any nice suggestions? I think this is the hardest meal to transition out of.

This page has recipes for sprouted foods and drink, like Rejuvelac, which are healthy and detoxifying. It is made from sprouts and water, and fermented. Rejuvelac helps digestion. I tried it today as lemonade and it was tasty. Try Essene Bread, guacomole, Essene Crackers, seed cheese, sprouting, almond milk, and wheat grass juice cocktails.

Raw breakfast (well almost): rolled oats, fresh fruit, small fresh wheat sprouts, pumpkin seeds, barley malt carob chips, coconut, plain soy milk or rice milk, fruit juice such as mango/peach/orange to sweeten. All ingredients are optional! It is yummy and it makes going even more raw easy because it is so tasty!

Great but simple video on how to make coconut milk!

It is easier than you think & very tasty too!

Instead of using cheese cloth to press, you can also run the plupy mixture through a juicer to separate the pulp from the milk.

A green smoothie that worked out well

Blend 1-2 leaves of curly kale in a blender with some water - for low speed blenders like mine, blend for a few minutes before adding the rest of ingredients:
1 or 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 avocado
1 or 2 bananas
1 or 2 medjool dates
sprinkle of chia seeds

Blend until it looks nice and frothy then test to see if it needs more water. Depending on how thick you like to drink it.

Then it's done, this is really good!
