She speaks some things that I already know, and resonate as truth. On how to help: Also, process your fears, and other negative energy structures in your body and subtle bodies, such as negative memories, thoughts, guilt, anger – go in there and process them. Suppressing them will make them stronger. And analyzing rarely brings resolution.

 

I agree and find that I am driven to deal with my own fears and negative emotions and find it key, or the next logical step in my/our evolution.

 

Beyond words, the other thing I love is entraining myself, or feeling the oneness within, and seeing the video helped raise that sensation in me.

I have been so inspired by Inelia lately, enjoying her completely new (to me) take on ascension and oneness. I like how she mentions that if there are those who you want to awaken, your loved ones, you can speak to their higher self and request it. Her words "But, as we move into a more aware and empowering level ourselves, we automatically move them too. Especially if we address them directly at their Higher Level self, and request that their 3D awakens."

I cant leave it like that..actually Ive now watched the whole thing and theres something in my mind like that thought on your tongue you cant retrieve..hmmm, well if I dont think about it, but, just give thanks for it perhaps I will understand better...((((((((((((HUGZ)))))))))))))

thanks for that video ive watched half of it and now im thinking I must be thick or something...lmao sorry i know im lol but its just because Im not a daft person, but...phew! I just dont get some things, I need to listen to this again I think....hmmmm ok so the beingness is not the mind, and taking the Mick out of someone isnt exactly the best way to go about helping someone that dont understand...other than that I think I need to look futher

Hello Kara, do you mean its "ME" that is stopping ..um, "me" from doing whatever I want right?  I mean if the self is keeping me down why should I trust it? hmm this gets harder lol I dont know ...but Kara..im sensing you some great vibes from my cat..shes a great vibe machine lol heart felt love and thanks goes out to everyone here xx

it doesnt seem like play but, I feel that I have an energy from something or as I like to call it cosmic energy, but how do I know im doing right? I ask for guidence, I ask for answers and if my throat dont move when i the answer comes..I know its from the energy, if my throat articulates I know its from me...its hard isnt it

ok im trying to get my head around all this and now im messed up in my head and now ..im a classified nut according to those that matter to me
