Lemurians on Guilt

What is guilt? It is a perception of the way events unfold or have unfolded – nothing more, nothing less. Your actions are your guide to what it is that you must do to achieve the place where you want to be in this life. One person’s guilt is another’s success. To judge yourself is the most deadly game that exists. Have you hurt someone? Has someone hurt you, causing you to react to the same type of situation with hostility? It is the pain that wins the day in this game – and since the pain loves to perpetuate itself, guilt is the perfect tool to compound and expand the torture, and thus keep the pain alive indefinitely.

If you did something or are doing something that makes you feel bad – whatever it is – look at the pain, not the results or the actions – they will right themselves if you trust – whatever it is – concentrate on the root pain – once you have that – the cycle is broken. You are free.
